The barrier to progress in ND is that the GOP candidate for U.S. House can campaign on her record as a "problem-solver," and the GOP candidate for U.S. Senate can campaign on his policy that "government cannot solve your problems" and they both win their elections with similar margins.
I happily supported you in your candidacy and applaud the strides forward that you helped your state make, voter by voter. Since I am residing in a state a thousand miles from you, I will now turn my attention and support to the heavy lifting that we will ALL need to do to keep our democracy and our economy and our Constitution afloat on the national level, as evidenced hourly by the news of how this administration is trying to reshape the Union into something unrecognizable to our forebears and unsustainable for the working class.
I proud of your campaign and my chance to help. I worked with and knew Heide H when she was AG; Gov.; and Senator. North Dakota needs a woman representing this state.
